Terong123 was built on a simple vision: to create an online betting platform that truly understands what Malaysian players need — not just a foreign model with the currency swapped out. We know what you want, how you play, and what matters to you. That's why we're here.
Our Mission
We didn't build this platform for numbers. We built it for real people — sitting on their sofa watching Johor DT, or celebrating a Malaysian badminton win from their smartphone.
From an idea over a cup of coffee to a platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players.
The terong123 story began the way many Malaysian ventures do — with a candid conversation among a handful of people who all felt something was missing. Back then, anyone in Malaysia who wanted to enjoy online Sports Betting had to make do with overseas platforms that simply didn't understand the local landscape — platforms that didn't accept Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, offered customer support only in foreign languages, and set odds that barely reflected the sports Malaysians actually care about, like Liga Super, BWF badminton, or Asian cricket.
From that came a commitment to build something different. terong123 was designed from the ground up with a single focus: the best possible experience for Malaysian players. Not a generic platform trying to serve every market, but one that truly understands that Malaysian football fans are different from EPL fans in England, that Malaysian users are more comfortable with eWallets than credit cards, and that local language and culture need to be reflected in every corner of the user experience.
Today, terong123 has grown into one of Malaysia's most trusted online sports betting and entertainment platforms. With more than 100,000 active members nationwide — from Kuala Lumpur to Sabah, from Penang to Johor Bahru — we're proud that this trust has been earned through hard work, honesty, and an unwavering commitment to service quality.
But we didn't stop there. terong123 continues to grow — adding new markets, improving platform speed, rolling out features our members have asked for, and making sure our VIP Rewards Programme keeps delivering real value to our loyal players. This journey is far from over, and we're genuinely excited to keep improving alongside our ever-growing terong123 community.
Six reasons why Malaysian players keep choosing terong123, day after day.
Every design decision at terong123 is made with Malaysian users in mind — from the sports covered (Liga Super, badminton, cricket) to local payment methods like Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX. We're not a global platform trying to fit into the local market — we've been a Malaysian platform from day one.
Terong123 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions and AES-256 encryption for data storage. Match results are sourced directly from official data providers with no manual intervention. Every payout is processed transparently, with a complete record you can review in your account history at any time.
Terong123's infrastructure is built to handle thousands of concurrent users without slowdowns — especially during peak moments like the Liga Super final, the Thomas Cup final, or a major EPL night. You'll never miss the best odds because of a slow or unresponsive system.
The terong123 support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email — all in Bahasa Melayu. You never have to rely on machine translation or communicate in a foreign language to get your issues resolved. Platinum and Diamond members also enjoy dedicated personal support via WhatsApp.
The terong123 VIP Rewards Programme is not just a fancy name slapped on a standard loyalty scheme. Five tiers with daily cashback (up to 30%), lifetime non-expiring points, automatic birthday bonuses, personal account managers for Platinum and Diamond members, and exclusive travel rewards — all of it represents genuine value for our loyal members.
Terong123 believes that healthy entertainment starts with clear boundaries. We provide deposit limit, betting limit, and loss limit tools, as well as a forced break option, all accessible within every user's account settings. Our team is trained to identify and support any member who may need help — because our members' wellbeing matters more to us than any profit.
The principles that guide every decision we make, from the login screen to customer support.
No hidden fees, no confusing terms, no sudden rule changes without notice. We believe trust is built through complete transparency in every aspect of our service.
Every new feature, every policy update, every operational decision at terong123 is evaluated from the player's perspective first. If it doesn't add value for our members, we simply won't do it.
We listen to member feedback and work hard to improve every single day. No platform is perfect — but the commitment to keep getting better is our promise to every terong123 user.
Your data, your money, and your privacy are our responsibility. terong123's security systems are regularly updated by a dedicated cybersecurity team to ensure the highest level of protection at all times.
Terong123 is more than just a platform — it's a community of Malaysian sports and entertainment fans who share the same passion. We're proud to be part of your moments of joy, from your favourite team's victory to an unexpected jackpot.
All terong123 odds are calculated based on transparent market data. The random number generator (RNG) for casino games has been independently verified. No manipulation, no foul play — every outcome is genuinely random and fair for all players.
From a founding idea to a platform trusted by hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players — these are the key milestones in our journey.
The best platforms are built by the best people. The terong123 team is made up of dedicated professionals who share one passion: creating the best possible experience for Malaysian players.
One platform, many experiences — all built for Malaysian players.
When you choose terong123 as your betting platform, you're not just choosing a service — you're joining a community built on mutual trust. And that trust requires our constant effort to prove that you've made the right choice.
In an industry full of platforms that come and go, terong123 sets itself apart through consistency. Every commitment we make to our members — from withdrawal speed to customer support availability — we follow through on. When issues arise, we address them honestly and work quickly to resolve them, rather than hiding behind automated responses or convoluted terms and conditions.
When it comes to sports coverage, terong123 always prioritises what's most relevant to Malaysian users. The Malaysia Super League gets full attention with comprehensive markets — including up-to-date team statistics, head-to-head records, and player injury updates to help you make more informed betting decisions. Badminton is the second sport we cover in the greatest depth, given its unique significance in Malaysian sports culture.
Terong123 also recognises that the cricket community in Malaysia — particularly among Malaysian Indians and the growing base of IPL fans — is a segment that many local platforms tend to overlook. We offer comprehensive cricket coverage with live markets for every ICC and IPL match, a further demonstration of our commitment to serving the full diversity of Malaysian users.
On the technology front, terong123 never stops investing in better infrastructure. Every quarter, our technology team carries out system upgrades to make the platform faster, more stable, and more secure. The terong123 mobile version, optimised for both Android and iOS, ensures an equally smooth experience whether you're on a laptop or a smartphone on the go.
